Not sure where to look?

How to find your Google Maps URL.

  1. 1 Open Google Maps

Go to google.com/maps in any browser, or open the Maps tab inside a Google search.

  2. 2 Find your business

Search for your business name. Click the result so the business card opens on the left.

  3. 3 Copy the URL

Copy the full URL from your browser's address bar — it should look like https://www.google.com/maps/place/....

Don't have the URL handy? Business name + city works too — for example, Kate Pro Manicure Warsaw. It's most accurate when your business has a unique name in that city; common names may match a nearby business instead, so paste the URL when in doubt.

One product, two jobs

Protection when it matters — intelligence every day.

Fake-review attacks are cheap; losing half a star is not. Between attacks, Valundis keeps quietly turning your reviews into decisions.

Rating Guard

When you're under attack

Hourly checks compare new reviews to your own 30-day baseline. Three angry customers won't trip it; a coordinated burst will — and you get a case, not just a chart.

Why now

Fake review attacks are cheap. Losing half a star is not.

AI made it trivial to flood a competitor with one-star reviews overnight — and most owners find out weeks later, when bookings have already dropped. Valundis compares every hour of new reviews against your own 30-day baseline. When the alarm fires, you don't get a chart — you get a case: every suspicious review matched to the Google policy it violates, with appeal text ready to paste into Google's report form.

How it works

Three steps. No signup for the demo.

  1. 1 Paste your Google Maps URL

Or just the business name and city. We resolve it via the official Google Places API.

  2. 2 See a sample of your reviews analyzed

Up to five recent Google reviews with positive / neutral / negative topics, plus a sample AI-drafted reply for your most recent low-rated review.

  3. 3 Claim the listing and see your full history

Claiming unlocks your entire review history and true rating — not just five. Sign in with Google or a one-time email code, and from then on Rating Guard checks your reviews every hour, with weekly digests and topic trends on your dashboard.
