Agreement

By using Valundis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Valundis does

Valundis pulls public reviews for the Google Business Profile locations you connect, analyzes them with AI, and drafts reply suggestions you can review and use. We do not post replies to Google on your behalf without your explicit approval.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the content of any reply you choose to publish using a Valundis draft. You confirm you have the right to claim and manage the Google Business Profile locations you connect.

AI-generated content

Valundis uses AI to draft replies and topic summaries. AI output may contain errors. You are the final editor and publisher. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from using AI drafts.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle. Billing terms, plan limits, and cancellation policy are presented at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Do not use Valundis to scrape competitors at high volume, submit fake reviews, generate replies for businesses you do not own or operate, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

Valundis is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
